I can tell you the connector is held clear of the fixture when our FR5 stops. Can't tell you the message because I filmed the part beautifully and left the screen out. Seller support through Alibaba wants more detail. We have a shift note, so where should I start with that?

The note was for a different stop. Glad I checked before attaching it. We've asked maintenance to recover the filmed occurrence from the station history using the original recording time, not the time I forwarded it.
