FR5 unloading choice depends on the tool missing from our sketch

I have kept stand costs provisional on other layout reviews, and this FR5 proposal for 140 aluminium blanks needs the same caution: the sketch omits the gripper and open door, so what is the cheapest useful access check before we compare arms?

Who can supply the complete proposed gripper assembly outline?

The integrator owns the proposal, but purchasing currently has only the gripper brochure and a separate adapter quotation.

I'd ask the integrator to join those into the actual assembly with the held blank, because separately quoted pieces don't define the shape that has to leave your machine.

I would get the installed door position verified in parallel. The opening size alone does not show where the door and its fittings sit during unloading, and a generic machine outline may omit both.

Does the proposed check include withdrawal with the blank, not just the gripping pose?

The current sketch stops at the fixture point; I will ask for loaded withdrawal and the empty return as part of the combined review.

Chloe, keep the brochure and adapter quote linked to that request so a substituted assembly doesn't silently inherit the same price and access assumptions.

A measured layout review is a sensible first stage, but it may expose questions that need a fuller model. I wouldn't make the cheapest check carry an approval it cannot support.

Agreed, Jane; I want it to identify the uncertain clearances, not certify the job from a side view, and neither the assembly drawing nor the door survey is back yet.

Will the integrator own that combined review, including the machine supplier's door information?
