I have the readable UR5e waiting message and the fitted sleeve fixture identified. The trouble is linking the phone clip to the exported history: the times disagree, and the operator filmed two occurrences. I'd rather send one uncertain match honestly than shift a timestamp until the sequence looks convincing.
Keep both original times and look for an observable event that genuinely links the clip to a history entry. If neither occurrence can be matched, state that and ask support for a coordinated capture. Do not merge two stops because the ending looks similar.
One clip includes a tray exchange before the wait, and the operator recorded which tray was fitted. The history has the matching job change, but I still need to establish whether that identifies this occurrence uniquely.
Was that tray used only once in the exported interval? A useful physical detail can narrow the search without being unique. Keep the operator available for the comparison rather than reducing their account to a timestamp.
Used twice, Julia. Operator cannot distinguish those two waits confidently. I have left both possible matches in the ticket and requested the next capture with a shared event marker agreed by support.
That is the right uncertainty to retain. Have the technician confirm that the next capture actually includes the requested preceding history, not merely a better-labelled recording of the final waiting screen.
And put the capture method in the shift handover. Your absence should not turn the next useful occurrence into another unmatchable phone clip, particularly if a relief operator is the person who sees it.
