Our interface meeting ended with both suppliers agreeing ready. One meant request received, the other meant loading space available. I'm writing the spacer-blank sequence and need two definitions, not one agreeable word.

Put request receipt and loading availability in separate rows with their owners, set and clear conditions, then walk both teams through normal, timeout and restart sequences; keep these ordinary process states distinct from the engineered safety permissions.
