I have a collection note from our seller and a warehouse reference from the freight agent for our FR10 order. Neither document mentions the other number. The seller says collected; the agent says not received. What would establish where the crate actually changed hands? Our inspection-bench schedule is stuck on this.
The seller supplied a signed collection sheet with our crate marking. The agent recognised the collecting company, but says its warehouse has no receipt yet. We can now identify the handoff to investigate, though we still have no confirmed warehouse arrival.
