FR5 sleeve starts leaning after the first finger touches

I watched our sleeve pickup closely after the latest point adjustment. The sleeve is upright in the tray, then leans before the second finger reaches it. We have saved several versions of the job, each claiming to improve pickup. I would like the tool checked before we create another improved version.

Compare both fitted contact positions with the intended assembly, Clara, including backing pieces and mounting; ours tipped because a replacement contact sat proud, but your observed timing needs its own inspection.

Maintenance found the first finger's contact pad loose on its backing. It shifts under light inspection pressure while the other stays fixed. The mounting below the finger is sound.

Has the pad repair been completed and checked now, Clara, and has the integrator reviewed the saved pickup changes against that physical finding?

Matched replacement pads fitted and checked. The integrator reviewed the edits, retaining the legitimate tray change and removing compensation linked to the loose pad. Supervised checks with the identified sleeve range showed no lean through pickup.

Did those checks go through placement and release into the receiving fixture too?

Yes, the same sample set through the complete transfer. Placement and release accepted by the application owner and quality. The loose-pad issue is closed, with the inspection point added to maintenance.

Thanks for the complete result; different cause from ours, and a better handover than another unexplained pickup offset.
