Our UR5e housing clip shows the wait but hides the seating face

Support has the exact waiting message and job version now. The video shows the housing from above, so nobody can see whether it reached the receiving seat. I need a more useful view, not another close-up of the same green screen.

Ask support and the technician which physical contact and corresponding signal they need to distinguish. Keep the housing and fixture identities with the occurrence, then arrange a supervised capture that shows that point and the relevant history without obstructing the job.

They want the rear seating contact and its input history. Our original angle hides the contact completely. Technician is arranging the view and export together.

Keep the original clip too. The new view may answer the missing seating question, but it should not silently replace the message and timing evidence you already have from the earlier occurrence.

Original retained. No new occurrence captured yet. We have not treated the apparently empty destination as proof that the complete receiving condition was true.

Can the other shift use the same capture method? The useful next occurrence may not wait for the technician who helped define the view.
