These turned cartons put their supports over the gaps

My UR5e dispatch layout alternates cartons across gaps, against their preferred support direction. Packaging and tooling need a shared answer.

Which carton features actually require bearing, and who in packaging can mark them on the layer drawing? A preferred direction needs an explanation before tooling can compare alternatives.

Include the occupied release sequence with that bearing view. Packaging could approve a support arrangement whose last placement leaves the tool no withdrawal route.

And actual packed cartons, yes? Empty boxes would leave the internal support question unanswered.

Does the preferred direction belong to this packing insert revision, or was it inherited from a previous carton instruction?

Packaging confirmed this revision. Two internal bearing strips explain the direction; the rotated cartons bridge gaps beneath them.

Then compare a pattern that preserves those strips' required support, with packaging defining what bearing they need. Do not let a robot pattern drawing silently change the packing requirement.

Warren, is alternating orientation a dispatch requirement, or just the pattern the programmer started with? That matters before people redesign the package around it.

Just the starting pattern, it turns out. Dispatch does not require rotation; packaging is checking an aligned alternative.

Does the aligned alternative include the last short order, not just full layers?

Harish's withdrawal question still applies to aligned cartons; has tooling reviewed the same numbered placement sequence?

Aligned full and partial patterns now agreed by packaging and tooling, including withdrawal. Alternating proposal dropped; robot commissioning remains separate.
