Can our missing UR5e spare cable have its own supply decision?

Our UR5e arrived complete for use, but the promised additional tool cable did not; how do I ask the seller to settle that spare line without making it part of a future order we have not planned?

Have they acknowledged the additional cable separately from the fitted one?

Yes, the spare is acknowledged; they say they can add it to our next shipment, but have not said whether it is in stock

Ask stock and standalone supply first. Your hypothetical next order shouldn't have to rescue this one.

Those questions are in the reply now, with the exact spare reference and our stores delivery contact

Who is handling the maintenance contingency while they answer?

Our maintenance lead is checking a separate source, without ordering; original seller says it must replenish stock before offering standalone dispatch, so this is a supply delay rather than a parcel waiting for postage

Useful distinction. Has either source given actual availability yet?
