I would look at the actual seating and grip before choosing a correction. Have maintenance compare the intended finger pair, contact wear, mounting and tray location, with the recent service and point-change history available. Looking unchanged from above isn't a tray-location check.
20 pointsOne finger was replaced recently. Maintenance found different contact heights; they haven't established which assembly is intended.
12 pointsGet that intended assembly identified before ordering another finger. Keep the measured difference with the service record and point versions. Then the responsible tooling and controls people can review the physical correction and which edits still belong with it.
22 pointsTooling owns the identification now. I've retained the point versions. Tray-location check still outstanding; no new teaching change authorised.
