Turned component cases above the finger channels

Our FR5 pallet drawing fits the component cases but puts their supported edges over gaps in the layer below. I want the packed construction and complete finger exit checked together, not two separate approvals.

Put packaging and tooling on the same section through the actual filled cases and lower layer.

Joint review rejected the turned layer as drawn. Packaging will assess a straight version with fewer cases; tooling has to show its last placement and withdrawal, not just a finished stack.

Include normal short orders and returned partial pallets if you use them. Their intermediate support and tool movements may differ from the full layers. Dispatch needs the actual extra exchanges in its workload comparison too.

Returned partial pallets are part of our work. Dispatch supplied two ordinary examples, with case identity and existing layer arrangement, for the straight-pattern review.

Same packed construction on those returns? Don't let a familiar carton size choose the pattern.

One return used the older internal support arrangement, which dispatch identified before the review. We have separated it from the current-construction candidate. That older return still needs its own completion decision.

Who owns that completion decision for the old construction? The current pattern may become usable without making those existing pallets disappear from dispatch.
