Put packaging and tooling on the same section through the actual filled cases and lower layer.
13 pointsJoint review rejected the turned layer as drawn. Packaging will assess a straight version with fewer cases; tooling has to show its last placement and withdrawal, not just a finished stack.
11 pointsInclude normal short orders and returned partial pallets if you use them. Their intermediate support and tool movements may differ from the full layers. Dispatch needs the actual extra exchanges in its workload comparison too.
