Another stop ticket, this time the FR5 spacer tray

I also have a separate FR10 enquiry, but this is our FR5 unloading aluminium spacer blocks in a supervised tray cell. The intermittent-stop ticket is 23 days old. Our unnamed Alibaba seller wants more than my phone video. How should I keep the occurrence evidence specific to this installation?

Give each occurrence its own time and active step. Can the operator retain the displayed message without delaying required protective action? A clip alone can skip the useful second.

Use the fitted tray and installed program identifiers, since evidence from your other machine could look superficially relevant while describing a different sequence.

I would ask support what they mean by more information. Or, more precisely, which observation distinguishes the possibilities they are considering.

Ask for the next technical review date as well, although a date without a named reviewer may not help maintenance plan much.

The enquiries are in separate messages. This FR5 file identifies the spacer tray, but the video does not show the message clearly. That is the gap I can actually name.

Then ask for their supported export instructions as well. Do you know whether the message remains available after normal recovery?

Do not substitute a remembered message from another occurrence just to complete the report; an explicitly missing field is more useful than a false match.

Leah, I would separate the scheduling chase from the evidence request. Otherwise they may answer the easy administrative question and leave the technical one untouched.

Separate headings in the same ticket would suit me; maintenance still needs both answers attached to this particular stoppage problem.

I have requested export instructions, the specific observations they need and a review contact. No clear message has been recovered yet, so I have not assigned a fault cause.

When you do get another occurrence, note what was happening immediately beforehand too. That is not permission to provoke a stop; just context from normal supervised operation.
