The polymer-blank sketch leaves out the loaded FR5 fingers

I'm holding our FR5 selection because the mill unloading sketch shows the polymer blank but not the gripper body or open door; what should I put in the review request so the next drawing includes the awkward bits?

Ask for the actual machine survey and complete loaded tool, through approach and withdrawal.

Machine owner has measured the open door, toolmaker has the full assembly, but nobody has combined them yet

Who owns the combined layout? Give that person both references.

Integrator owns it, and I've supplied machine survey M2 and tool assembly C with the intended blank orientation

Has the combined view changed the proposed base position?

Not yet, it shows a tool-body clash on the original withdrawal; they're assessing a changed orientation before proposing a base move

Keep the setter involved if they propose moving it. Interested what the orientation review finds first.
