Why are faceplate streaks being labelled before quality examines them?

Our UR5e faceplate planning folder calls shifting bright streaks scratches. I want the retained pieces and physical decisions linked before we tune anything, with the support check in the imaging notes too. Which reference conditions need agreeing for these faceplates rather than borrowing a conclusion from another shiny part?

Has quality defined the appearance requirement and examined the identified regions on these retained pieces? That should give imaging confirmed accepted variation and defects to compare under controlled conditions, rather than asking a familiar-looking streak to bring its own verdict from another job.
