Spacer unloading wait after the receiving fixture changes

Our UR5e handling package occasionally waits after we exchange the receiving fixture, although the next fixture looks correctly fitted. The seller's support case through Alibaba has been open thirty-one days; my phone clip shows the wait but not the exchange. I can get the maintainer involved, but would like support to say which part of the lead-in they need.

Ask the application author to name the waiting condition and the ordinary inputs behind it, then capture their changes around the exchange with the installed job revision; the stationary spacer is only the end of the story.

The step is waiting for receiving fixture ready. Support has the job revision, but their reply repeats that name without defining what contributes to it.

Send that question back as a short list: which source, which expected value, which earlier transition? Ready might combine several conditions. More seconds of video won't unwrap it.

The author supplied the definition and named the fields for the maintainer. Our retained event capture shows the fixture-present input briefly dropping after the latch indication settles, while the phone clip makes everything look still.

Has maintenance checked what physically makes that fixture-present input, rather than treating the latch indication as a second confirmation that the fixture is right?

Yes, a separate actuator bracket. Its fixing was loose enough for the bracket to move after the fixture seated. Maintenance found witness marks where it had been shifting; the latch has a different source.

That explains why the latch looked reassuring, but have they repeated the fixture exchange after the repair rather than checking the input only with everything parked?

Include that same event field in the repeat. You now know what the original clip couldn't show, so don't go back to judging it by a still-looking fixture.

Maintenance restored the bracket mounting and checked the associated connection. The supervised exchange and complete unloading checks passed with the event capture showing fixture present remaining stable. Support matched the repaired assembly to the case and we closed the stop report.

Thanks for coming back with the exchange result; put the bracket condition on the fixture's maintenance check so the next person knows which apparently stationary bit mattered.

Can the covering maintainer find that bracket from the updated note?
