Which fixture condition should accompany our UR5e loading-stop video?

Our UR5e pauses with a spacer block above the fixture. Video shows the aftermath, not the preceding indication. The seller we used through Alibaba wants more information after 23 days. Which capture would help?

Ask the package author which condition that step waits for, then have maintenance capture that condition around the occurrence with the program revision and full message.

Author says fixture available. The saved export includes a column with that name, but it stays true throughout the pause. I've sent the original file rather than another screen recording.

Is that column from the installed fixture? We had a handover where an old fixture name survived three drawing changes. The signal existed, it just wasn't the signal the routine was waiting for.

Correct fixture, wrong input address in the export configuration. Maintenance traced the installed available input. Its history shows a brief loss immediately before the loading wait.

Does the author recognise that loss as the reason the step remained waiting? I would ask them before treating the input history as a complete explanation.

And Oliver, was the fixture actually unavailable then, or is that the next part maintenance needs to establish?

Aisha, author confirms the sequence held after that loss. Nora, the physical cause is still unknown. The clip begins too late to show it.

Give the next capture a lead-in, then. Also correct the export setup on the other shift's laptop. Otherwise the next person will conscientiously send the wrong column all over again.

Anika, thank you for mentioning the second laptop. That detail is easily missed when one maintainer has made their own export work.

Who is taking the next physical inspection, Oliver?

Our maintainer and the fixture designer. They found movement at the available sensor bracket during inspection and have taken it out for repair. Both laptops now export the identified input with the preceding interval.

Keep the bracket finding with the next handling check. Worth knowing whether the repair removes the stop, not just whether the signal looks tidy on the bench.
