Versions retained. Maintenance photographed the contacts and seating before the check. There's packed debris at one source support, but they haven't measured its effect yet. The tray itself hasn't been cleared as good just because it looks stationary.

Ask without making them the cause. An inaccessible support can defeat a cleaning instruction written at a desk.

That establishes a seating change in the comparison, but keep the tooling check and accumulated program changes in the review. They do not disappear because cleaning helped.

Maintenance owns a revised access-and-cleaning method, and the loader is reviewing it with them. Tooling found the contact assembly matches its drawing. Integrator is reviewing the pickup revisions before the next supervised run.

Did they compare more than that one housing after cleaning?

Useful question; the repeated same-part comparison and the range of normal housings answer different parts of the seating problem.

And the loader's review of the new cleaning method is still pending?

Completed now. They could follow the approved access method and identify the support condition without our commentary. Maintenance signed off that instruction. Transfer and changeover checks are still outstanding, so I haven't marked the handling problem resolved.

Keep those remaining checks with the instruction revision. Clearer maintenance work is one result, not evidence that every compensated pickup is right.
