They came from the same bin, Naomi, but Toby's right that I don't know what those marks mean yet, so I've asked tooling rather than calling one wrong.

Which condition stays false in the stopped example?

Sam's question is the other half of this. A visible tooling difference is useful, but support still needs the stopped step and its actual waiting condition. Your maintainer can help capture that without asking you to interpret the program.

Tooling says the inserts locate two connector variants, and maintenance found the stopped tray carried the other variant's insert; the part-present check was true but the seated check wasn't, which fits the connector sitting high at one end.

That gives the tooling team a specific contact to compare. Have them check the insert against its drawing and the actual connector, including the receiving position. A high part can have more than one cause even when the variant is wrong

And split that bin. Two legitimate inserts deserve better than a shared label that means apparently identical from across the room.

Tooling confirmed the other insert's end support is in the connector's way, and the intended insert seats it on the specified contacts; maintenance has put the mixed tray aside for correction rather than changing the seated check.

Who's checking the rest of the trays?

Our stores fix needed both the shelf and the travelling container labels changed. Otherwise someone carefully fetched the right shelf's contents in yesterday's wrong box. Worth checking your tray identification at the bench too, Elliot.

Tooling and stores checked every circulating tray, Sam, and found one more wrong insert; both are corrected, the variant is now identified at the bench as well as in stores, and our installer completed the agreed loading check with each corrected tray without that wait returning.
