the other fr5 ticket needs the fixture state, not another gripper clip

This is our housing-loading station, separate from the connector unload ticket. I've included its job identity with the support video, but the receiving fixture is out of view. The seller asked what it was confirming when it paused. How do I make that a useful question for our maintainer?

Ask the application author which ordinary fixture condition feeds that exact message, then have the maintainer identify the installed fixture and capture that condition around the occurrence

Author says insert seated, not simply carrier present. Maintainer has identified the insert; our phone clip only showed the carrier label. They're comparing the retained input trace with the actual seat.

Did the trace show seated absent during the wait, Kai, or only after somebody removed the insert? Those would send maintenance down different paths

Absent before the pause and still absent while the carrier-present signal remained on. Maintainer found the insert sitting on debris at its rear support. Removed and checked it, with the return comparison still to complete.

Then include that seat and its ordinary confirmation in the return check; a clean insert on the bench won't establish that the fitted arrangement now reports correctly
