Our latched-open door is wider than the drawing

I'm reviewing an FR10 unloading proposal for our teaching workshop. The door latch holds it farther out than the supplier drew, and the loaded gripper is missing entirely. I need the actual access reviewed before recommending it.

Send the measured door envelope and complete tool shape. Their current drawing cannot answer the question.

Sent both, including the held aluminium blank. They had used an empty wrist to illustrate reach. I've asked for the unloading path instead.

Include retreat after a failed release too, within the recovery approach the integrator approves.

The integrator's revised review shows the loaded tool obstructed on the proposed exit. They are considering another base location. We haven't selected the arm yet.

Did the new location preserve the teacher's view and manual machine access?

Manual access appears better, but the proposed storage rack blocks the teaching position. We have removed that rack from the layout and asked for another combined review.

How did that review land? The rack is movable; a badly placed base is rather more commitment.
