Can delivered cover the FR10 pendant crate we never received?

Arm crate received, identified pendant crate missing after consolidated freight. The master page says delivered and our receipt counts are confusing. After 48 days of queries, how do I trace the pendant crate itself?

Ask for the last physical handling record against the pendant crate mark, not another master-status reply. Keep your receiving inventory and photographs beside the complete shipment list. The receipt count needs its unit explained too: one pallet, one crate and one consignment can look deceptively similar in a hurried note.

Receipt has one printed quantity and a handwritten two. Neither says pallets or crates. Our unloading photos show one wrapped load with the arm-crate mark visible, not the pendant mark.

Did receiving unpack and inventory that load, Emma, or are the photos the only evidence of its contents? I mean what was checked physically, not what the manifest expected.

Receiving unpacked it and checked the contents. Arm only, no pendant package. We've kept the material and photographs; the handwritten quantity still has no explanation.

Then preserve the unexplained count. Don't turn two into proof that two crates reached you.

The package mark is the useful starting point. Ask the forwarder to look for receiving and consolidation records with that mark, including any photos if loads were rebuilt. A master delivered entry cannot answer where a separately identified crate stopped appearing.

Hana, yes. I'm still asking for physical acceptance evidence on my own label-created order. Emma's stage is different, but the same weakness applies: a general status word is no substitute for a record tied to the package being queried.

The forwarder has opened a trace using the pendant mark and asked the depot for its handling records. No confirmed location. Thank you Luca for asking what the receipt counted rather than assuming two meant received crates.

Has receiving identified who wrote the two? Their explanation may help the trace, even if it cannot establish custody by itself.

And keep setup scheduling separate. An opened trace is not a pendant delivery date.

Writer not identified yet. The installation planner has missing pendant, location unknown. We have not treated the new trace number as a promised arrival.
