Which FR5 tray-loading states should accompany our stationary-housing video?

Our FR5 package pauses with a housing above the receiving tray, but my video begins after it has stopped and shows no preceding tray exchange; the seller we bought from on Alibaba has asked for more detail after 57 days on the ticket, so which joined-up capture should I ask maintenance to make?

Ask the job author what condition that step waits for. A stationary housing doesn't tell you whether the application is waiting for the tray or reporting an actual fault.

The application shows tray ready missing, although the tray-present lamp is on; I have asked the author which conditions make ready, not assumed the lamp covers them all.

Good distinction. In our housing enquiry the summary screen hid the input we needed. Can the author put the ready calculation and its source fields beside the export instructions?

Ready also requires the receiving tray's identity to be accepted, and the current export omits that field; maintenance is adding it with the job and tray references.

Is that identity read from the tray or selected on the screen? The word identity can hide quite different things.

Have support open a short export example before you wait for the next stop. Also agree the interval before tray exchange; that is where your original clip lost the useful part.

Henry, it is an application selection made at exchange; support opened the revised sample and wants the selection event plus the following ready calculation around a failed exchange.

Does the covering operator use the same exchange screen? A second route could explain why it only happens sometimes, though you still need the capture.

Omar's second-route question is useful. Don't change the screen while the recorder still describes the old one, or the next export can be harder to interpret than this one.

Has the new capture caught a failed exchange yet, Ravi? I'm interested whether the selection was absent or present but not accepted.

And whether the tray physically fitted was the one selected. A perfectly recorded choice can still describe the wrong tray.
