Ask whether the selected tray entry is retained anywhere else with that occurrence, though it still may not identify the physical tray the loader fitted.

The program entry is retained. Physical tray identity was never recorded. I have told support that distinction.

It is the requested source pocket, they say. Their revised capture request includes the fitted tray label.
