Our FR10 spacer pickup now looks skewed after several point edits. I found witness marks near one finger mounting. What should maintenance compare before we change the program again?
Have them check the finger mounting and contact faces against the intended tool setup, with it isolated; photograph those witness marks before anything gets disturbed.
Photos taken. Maintenance says the marks could be from an earlier finger position, so they're checking the mounting rather than treating the marks alone as movement.
Don't grant the tray a free pass. We spent ages staring at fingers once while the removable insert was rocking underneath the part. Check the whole seat before buying a nice new pair of pads.
It does not sit squarely in one pocket. Maintenance found damage at that pocket edge and is inspecting the pad separately. No confirmed finger movement. Thanks, Julia; I had focused too narrowly on the marks.
And please identify the pad you need before asking stores for a replacement. I cannot choose between similar pads from a note that only says worn on one side.
