Delivered tool module, no service intake number

Our FR5 housing-transfer setup is out of service while the seller in China assesses its tool interface module. Returned it to their confirmed address, kept the agreement and delivery record. Thirty-two days later, no intake or inspection confirmation. I'm tired of receiving the parcel status as the service update.

Ask service to match the module identifier and return authorisation to an intake record, with the parcel proof attached. I mean confirmation that the identified item entered their service process, not somebody repeating that the carrier completed a delivery.

Sent that request. The outer parcel reference is in their reply again, but no module identifier or service job. Sales says it has forwarded the message.

Do you have the packing photos showing the module identity and return label together? They might help whoever is trying to find it at intake.

Yes. Photos retained from dispatch, now attached to the same request. I've asked for a named service contact rather than another forwarded message.

Keep the downtime plan separate. A named contact would help, but it wouldn't put the module back in your cell.

Liam, agreed. Harish, would local support review your options while the trace continues? That doesn't have to mean buying a substitute immediately; you need to know what is actually supported and available before comparing costs.

And who would own the temporary arrangement after installation? Don't buy another unresolved support job

Local support is checking options, Nina. No purchase authorised. Seller has finally named a service coordinator, but they still haven't confirmed finding the module. The existing setup remains unavailable.

Did the coordinator acknowledge the module-identification photos, or only the parcel delivery attachment?

They acknowledged the photos and opened an intake search under the return authorisation. No inspection result. Thanks Mia; at least this request now names what they're looking for rather than just the box.

Leave that as searching in the handover. It still isn't an assessment in progress.

Has local support returned a feasible option yet? Even an unavailable answer would be useful to planning, provided it is about the identified arrangement rather than a similar-looking module.
