I'm keeping our newly delivered FR5 unpowered: the crate corner is crushed, a support has shifted and there's visible damage near the arm connector housing, but the seller's answer is to try switching it on; how do I get a proper assessment arranged without spending another week discussing whether the crate looks bad?
I've sent wide views of the crate and displaced support, close views of the damage, and the arm label; packaging is retained, and the installer knows we haven't powered it.
Arrival sequence is intact, Pavel; the installer was there and has added what he observed, without taking the housing apart to improve the photographs.
Seller has agreed the cost of an inspection by the qualified service firm our installer proposed; the firm has accepted the job and is arranging access, but no assessment has happened yet.
