Twenty-seven days into the ticket with the seller we used on Alibaba. Our UR5e sometimes stops after collecting a plastic housing from the fixture. I sent a clip showing the stationary tool and the screen. They want more information, but won't say which step or signal they're trying to understand. A decent capture list would help more than another request for video.

Ask the package author to identify the waiting step and its expected fixture condition. Send the program revision, complete message text and an occurrence time with the surrounding event export. And include what the fixture and housing were doing before the stop; your current clip begins after the useful bit.
