Why is our FR10 called shipped when tracking only has a label?

Our college ordered an FR10 with a tray gripper. Seller repeats the label-created screenshot when I ask who collected it. What evidence should I request before we plan the receiving work?

Ask who physically received the package, with the handover reference and crate identification. The label alone cannot establish collection. Keep receiving plans provisional while that answer is absent.

Seller says the gripper is packed separately, which is new information to us. I have asked for both crate marks and their collection details, not just the robot label.

Keep both packages on your receiving list. A collection answer for the arm should not quietly close the question about the gripper crate.

Has the seller actually said both crates went to the same agent, Adrian? Separately packed may still mean one consignment, but I wouldn't build that assumption into the receiving plan without an answer
