Puck now crooked in the fingers. Several pickup edits saved. Tray looks fixed; nobody checked its seats.

Look at the puck before the fingers touch it. If it already leans, maintenance has a different starting point from one that turns during grip. Keep that puck identified for the comparison

Already leaning in one pocket. Same puck sits flat in another.

Has anyone looked at the bottom of the affected pocket? Keep it as found for maintenance, before a helpful wipe removes whatever explains it.

Damaged insert edge, not debris. Maintenance photographed it and removed the insert.

Was that insert the intended reference?

Thomas's question is useful. Compare its shape and mounting with the drawing before ordering the same thing again. A familiar tray label doesn't identify every replaceable bit inside it

Intended reference. Tooling confirms impact damage. Replacement approved to the existing drawing.

Give controls the physical finding and the saved pickup versions. The repaired seat should not return carrying compensation for the damaged one. Then include receiving release in the agreed return checks.

Replacement fitted. Controls has the versions and is reviewing them with the integrator.

Does the setter get a useful damage example for changeover?

And who supplies the next checked insert if it happens again?

Stores holds the checked spare. Setter's draft includes the damaged edge and call to maintenance.

Keep marginal condition decisions with maintenance and tooling. The setter can recognise this damage without being asked to invent a wear limit from the photograph.

Has the complete handling check happened yet, Imran? Interested whether the repaired seat removes the later tilt as well as the initial lean.
