where is the FR10 controller crate inside this delivered consignment?

Arm crate here, separately identified controller crate absent after consolidated freight from China; carrier says delivered, receipt counts are a mess, and eighteen days chasing hasn't produced a trace by the missing crate's identifier. What should receiving ask for?

Can the forwarder reconcile the original crate identifiers, consolidation units and delivery receipt count in one trace, with evidence of the last handover of the controller crate?

Give receiving the arm-crate photographs too. They show what you actually have, while the packing list shows what was meant to arrive. I'd keep those two sorts of evidence separate

Check whether the receipt count refers to pallets rather than individual crates. Confusing units can explain the paperwork without explaining where the missing crate went.

Receiving confirmed the signature covers one pallet; seller's packing list has two crate identifiers. Forwarder is checking the breakdown after consolidation, no controller location yet.

Does the received pallet carry only the arm-crate marking, or another transport label that links it to the consolidation record?

Both arm marking and consolidation label visible; sent them with the missing controller identifier, not just the order number again.

Tell purchasing the trace is active before somebody solves the absence with a second controller order. A replacement enquiry is fine, but they should know another package may still surface

Has the forwarder named which warehouse is checking its breakdown record?

Named warehouse now reports the controller crate remained there when the arm pallet left. They supplied a current marking photo matching our missing identifier. Asked for a physical contents check and onward delivery proposal.

Located crate, not received controller. Useful, but the installation schedule should keep that distinction.

Can they explain how one pallet became a completed consignment while the other crate remained behind? That answer belongs with the corrected receipt record too.

Their dispatch clerk closed the whole consolidation against the arm pallet. They have reopened the missing-crate movement and confirmed the controller-package contents against our list. Delivery proposed, not collected yet.

Thanks for checking contents as well as the marking. Who receives it at your end, so it doesn't become another mysterious small delivery at the wrong door?

Our receiving lead is named on the delivery arrangement. Forwarder has now confirmed collection with the crate identifier. Due here tomorrow, according to that carrier booking.

That is a booked arrival, not an equipment release. Still inspect the received contents and condition.

Yes, receiving has the list and condition-report requirement; installation won't restart merely because the booking exists.

Keep the original pallet-only receipt with the correction, rather than replacing the unexplained count with a tidier document.

Will the forwarder issue the corrected piece-level delivery record after the second receipt?

Controller crate arrived today; receiving checked its identity, listed contents and visible condition. Corrected record accounts for both crates and explains the split delivery. Shortage trace closed, commissioning remains its own job.

Glad it reached the right bench. Keep that reconciliation with receiving's records, not only the email where everyone finally stopped asking where it was.
