I've separated what the ready indication actually means from what we call it. Still struggling to show the intermittent connector-loading stop on this imported FR5 package. The unnamed Alibaba seller wants more information after 37 days; my phone video barely shows the fixture. What would make the next attachment useful?

Can they read the displayed stop message, and can you identify which saved run it belongs to?

Not in the original video. Found the operator's still photo and its matching run entry, though. That stop is waiting for fixture availability, not a robot fault message. I've corrected the ticket description and attached both. Doesn't explain the other stops yet.
