Can I move the base without blocking the operator?

Our FR5 proposal reaches the mill fixture only with the base right beside the door opening. I design the workstations, and that spot is also where the operator stands to clean and inspect. How are people checking the whole access problem before purchase?

Does the layout show the loaded gripper and the door at full travel?

No loaded gripper. Door is a thin line marked open, which turns out to be short of its real parked position. We measured it today

Add those envelopes first. Can the supplier check the complete approach and withdrawal?

Sent the measurements and tool outline. Their revised proposal shifts the base away from the door. Looks better for a person, but they're still checking the withdrawal with a part held.

Include hoses and the wrist envelope in that check.

We had a layout that allowed loading but made routine cleaning awkward. Walk through the manual work with the operator as well. Who restores the machine to manual use when the cell is down? That handover needs space too.
