I need the filled component-case bearing regions and complete tool exit assessed together. Our alternating FR5 layer puts some rotated supports over gaps. What should each reviewer state before I accept their approvals as compatible?

Are packaging and tooling reviewing the same packing revision, pallet deck, placement order and permitted partial loads? I'd ask each to list its assumptions beside its conclusion. Two approvals can both be sincere and still describe different arrangements, which leaves the operator with the disagreement later.
