Thirty-six-day UR5e tray-unloading ticket with too little event detail

My aluminium-spacer tray unloader stops intermittently. The Alibaba seller wants more information after my phone video; the ticket is 36 days old. What should I collect for one occurrence, without guessing the cause?

What does that particular video establish: readable message, active step, part position and time? List its gaps before deciding another clip is the answer.

It shows the stopped arm and spacer. Message unreadable; no clear time. I know the job revision but cannot reliably match the film to an event entry.

Keep it unmatched, then. Ask for the supported history capture method for the next occurrence.

And describe the preceding tray change or normal actions if known. I mean observed actions, not a theory about what the operator must have done.

Operator recalls changing the tray, but cannot place that relative to the clip. I have marked it as unconfirmed context and requested capture instructions for our installed revision.

Can the shift lead keep that capture request with the ticket, so it reaches whoever sees the stop?

Yes. Support supplied the history-export instructions; shift lead has them with the message-and-time checklist. No new occurrence captured, and nobody is trying to induce one.

That leaves a specific evidence gap. Keep the old clip separate when something new arrives, unless you can actually establish the connection.
