Why does nobody know where our FR5 was handed over?

Eleven days of asking about our FR5 and mounting kit have produced a seller's dispatch screenshot and an agent's empty receiving search, with different references on each; what connects those numbers to an actual crate rather than another booking?

The crate mark and the collector's receipt should connect the seller's dispatch to a physical handover. Ask the agent to search those, not only its booking number.

The seller's screenshot turns out to be a pickup request, not a receipt, and they have now asked their warehouse whether the crate was loaded at all.

Did the warehouse answer, Thomas? The agent may be waiting for something that never left the seller.

Yes, photographed in the seller's finished-goods bay with our mark; the mounting kit was waiting to be packed, and somebody reported the planned pickup as completed.

Then tell the agent that plainly, because they can waste another week tracing a delivery that didn't happen; has the seller actually packed the kit now, or are they still describing the next step as if it's done?

Has a new collection taken place yet? I would leave installation dates open until the handover is real and the onward plan is confirmed.
