Our UR5e locator improved one housing tray, not the replacement

I added a locator to our UR5e housing-tray setup. The first tray seated more consistently in the supervised comparison. Then the replacement tray missed a pickup. I want to share the improvement without calling the whole arrangement fixed. We have kept both trays identified and stopped adding point corrections.

Describe the first tray's observed improvement and the replacement miss separately, with the conditions compared. Has maintenance checked whether both trays reach the intended locating contacts, rather than only matching their outer outlines?

The replacement has a repaired underside strip that holds one end above the intended support. Maintenance is reviewing that repair. My update now says the locator reduced movement on the original tray; replacement compatibility and the return trial remain open.

Useful finding. Has whoever issues the trays been told the replacement remains under review, so its familiar frame label does not put it back into the next lesson?
