Our delivered controller has the expected FR5 labels but the connection guide shows a different panel, including a socket ours does not have. Kept it unpowered while waiting for the seller to identify the right manual, but they keep sending the same PDF. What exactly should I ask them to match?

I have seen mixed document revisions supplied together. Send the equipment identification and clear external panel photos privately, and request the applicable manual revision with written confirmation of compatibility before installation proceeds.
