UR5e stops with our spacer still held. Seller cannot read the message in my clip. Unanswered support question is already in the shift note. Need better evidence, not another shift chasing me for the video.

Can the shift technician retrieve the message and surrounding event history from that occurrence? Keep your original clip too, but do not transcribe a blurred word as though it were certain.

Technician can export it. We know the job and approximate occurrence time, not the exact message.

What was the spacer supposed to do next?

Move from the fixture towards the receiving tray. It had left the fixture when the clip starts.

Include which receiving tray was fitted. Our tooling records once used the same description for two arrangements, and support kept answering the easy one.

Isaac, yes, and mark whether that identity comes from the occurrence or a later check. The current tray is not automatically the one in Amy's older clip.

Shift setup sheet identifies the tray for that occurrence. Added its reference, with the sheet as source.

Did the export contain anything before the filmed stop?

Yes. Earlier waiting message found. Sent the full history; my clip only shows the ending.

Ask support which part of that sequence they need checked next. At least the next question can refer to a named event instead of the whole stop being called intermittent.

They want the ordinary destination confirmation at that earlier event. Local controls author is checking the retained trace.

Put that specific open question beside the capture instructions for both shifts. The person who gets the next occurrence should not need to find you to discover what support is waiting for.
