Actual tool assembly exists. Layout author had only used its centre point. Toolmaker is adding the proposed blank projection and opening for release to the shared model.

Put the real door travel in there too. We rejected two positions after a handle and trolley route finally appeared; both positions had looked wonderful while those details were absent.

Combined model is back. Loaded approach clears, open fingers cross the door edge on withdrawal. We rejected that approach. Integrator is comparing a different angle from the same base position.

Keep the connections in the angled comparison. I've watched a lovely tool turn into a very ordinary hose problem once somebody added the rear fitting. And show the empty return, not just the moment it releases the blank.

Give the setter that exact assembly revision too. If the model changes between the tool discussion and the access visit, neither review has answered the combined job.

Does the angled route change where the next blank is presented?

Yes, the proposed presentation tray moves farther along the bench. Operator wants that replenishment checked. The same complete tool revision is in the current comparison.

Then the operator and setter need the whole sequence together. Don't hold two visits that each approve the space the other person uses.

It has. Joint visit rejected the moved tray because replenishment blocks the loaded fixture trolley. Integrator is looking at a smaller presentation arrangement at the original bench position.

Can that smaller arrangement carry an ordinary batch without constant refilling?

And can the operator reach the back row comfortably? We made a tray shorter once and then packed it deeper, which was an excellent way to exchange one nuisance for another.

It needs an extra refill during our usual run. Operator accepted the reach on a bench mock-up, and production is comparing that refill time with the manual job. No one is calling it free.

That's a real tradeoff to compare. Keep the fixture trolley and normal cleaning task in the final layout; the smaller tray should not quietly reclaim that space when it gets detailed.

Production still wants the limited trial after costing the refill. Integrator has accepted the complete model's access comparison for that candidate. Physical handling and the full job trial remain ahead; stand manufacture waits on those.

Who owns the trial result and any tooling revision it exposes, Julia? Put that in the trial scope before it becomes customer assistance.
