What proves delivery of the specific crate assigned to the tooling kit?

I received the arm crate from our Fairino FR10 order with an unnamed seller in China, shipped as consolidated freight. The separate crate assigned to the tooling kit hasn't reached us. Tracking says delivered, but the receipt's package counts are unclear. I've spent 47 days asking for a trace of that specific crate without getting one.

Does your packing list assign the tooling kit to its own crate number? Compare that number with your receiving log and the labels you photographed.

It does. I've photographed the arm crate label, and our receiving log has no entry for the other identifier. The receipt only references the master consignment.

Request loading and delivery records for that crate identifier. Send your received list too, so the agent can reconcile individual crates rather than quote the master status.

Which contact should lead this trace, the freight agent or local delivery carrier? Repeating the full account across several conversations hasn't been helpful.

@ImranAllen0305 Ask the agent coordinating your consignment to own the trace and obtain the local records. Keep your existing local contact included where useful.

The local delivery manifest should show whether the missing crate reached your workshop. Ask the agent to get that document.

A manifest may describe intended loading without confirming receipt at the workshop. Establishing delivery needs a record of the relevant physical event for that crate.

@JackAllen0341 Correct, I blurred those records. Request the manifest to follow the planned route, plus the crate-specific handover or delivery record to confirm what happened.

Can an overall delivered status exist without separately confirming receipt of each crate?

@GraceBennett0755 The receipt here refers to the master consignment, so the scope of the delivered status needs clarification. It shouldn't automatically be treated as proof for each individual crate.

The agent has confirmed its delivered message is about the overall consignment. It still hasn't supplied a location or scan for our missing identifier.

Then quote that scope back to them. Their answer about the whole load doesn't answer your question about this crate.

@PriyaArcher0394 In a different shipment of mine, the paperwork mixed counts of pallets and crates. Labelling the units explicitly made it possible to compare the records properly.

Might different counting units account for the receipt's wording while leaving our actual crate shortage unresolved?

@ImranAllen0305 Yes. It's something to clarify on your receipt, not an explanation for where the crate went. Keep the identifier-based trace open.

@LouisAli0224 I still can't account for the separately identified crate. We've received the arm crate only, so our order remains incomplete.

@ImranAllen0305 Agreed. One confirmed crate doesn't account for the other.
