Old UR5e proposal notes mix fit-up, restrained alignment and failed released dimensions. How should I separate the checks?

Find out what each check actually measured and which assembly it belongs to. I would also ask where the correction step sits. Our old notes once quoted final accepted readings without saying the part had already been straightened.

Our correction note is also before final inspection. No paired pre-correction reading recorded.

Then the amount of correction is unknown from that record. Have fabrication and quality define a current-assembly study that includes the untouched released condition, rather than importing the old accepted number as evidence of what the proposed fixture achieves.
