Our Fairino FR10 arrived from an unnamed seller in China in a crate with a crushed corner and shifted internal supports. I can see damage near the arm connector housing. We bought it for sorting molded test pieces; I haven't powered it. I've photographed the delivery and kept the packaging, but the seller's reply just says to switch it on.

Check whether your photographs include the shipment label and supports as well as a wider view of the damaged area. That context would help a reviewer interpret the visible condition.

@VictorAdams0098 Our photos show the crushed corner and displaced restraint before unpacking, with separate wider views locating the damage around the arm connector housing. The delivery documents are also retained.

Provide the photographs and delivery details, asking for qualified assessment and suitable handling instructions. Keep the equipment off while the seller's power-on suggestion lacks an inspection procedure.

Should I call it transport damage? I know how it looked on arrival, not where the knock happened.
