Our UR5e sample trial used one adapter; the delivered kit has another. Seller says equivalent. Can they show it handling our parts, or am I meant to take that word as a test result?
Sent both requests. They supplied a drawing but no sample-handling result yet. Tooling stays on the bench; I'm not accepting a different kit by gradually installing it.
