Seller says our FR5 and tray gripper were handed to the freight agent. Agent says awaiting warehouse receipt, under a different reference. Thirty-two days of asking where the order is. Does either reference tell me anything about physical custody, or am I just collecting filing systems?
Ask them to connect both references to the identified consignment and name the last confirmed physical handover. A warehouse reference may be created in advance, so I would not use its existence as proof of receipt.
Agent confirms its number is a pre-advice reference. Seller still says handed over without naming who received it. At least the warehouse number no longer looks like a location, but I still cannot schedule setup.
