The FR5 arm crate is here. Its controller crate is not. The consolidated shipment says delivered and the receipt says two packages, but our receiving photographs show one crate and a small loose carton containing documents.
I have sent the controller crate mark repeatedly. Or rather, I have sent it to sales repeatedly; I still don't know whether anyone responsible for freight has searched for that mark. How do I get this out of the loop where delivered is offered as the answer to missing?

Our receiving count once looked complete until we listed what each package actually was. Put your received marks and contents beside the expected controller crate mark, and ask for a named freight contact to trace that specific crate through its last recorded handover. The small carton is worth describing plainly, so nobody uses the count of two to close the enquiry again. Ask for where the controller crate was last confirmed and who is searching now. Those are useful answers even if a current location is not yet known.
