18 pointsSeller has supplied a second crate mark and says the pendant cable is inside it. Freight coordinator has asked the agent for receipt against that mark. No location confirmed.
19 pointsDid the agent find an actual intake record for the second crate, or only match it to the seller's intended packing list? Those would leave different next questions.
