The housing is out of sight when our imported UR5e package stops during tray loading. My video shows the arm waiting, not the housing or the tray confirmation. The seller through Alibaba has asked for more information on our three-day-old report. I need to know what to capture together; another long view of the waiting arm seems unlikely to help.

Ask the package author which waiting condition and job identity they need beside the clip. Have your maintainer capture the lead-in too, without reaching in to improve the view.
