Find out exactly what supported the panel in the bench test. A seal on a supported sheet does not describe its shape while carried.

Ask for the proposed separation, single-panel confirmation and uncertain-pickup response together. The application assessment needs all three; choosing a detector is not enough if its ambiguous result has no defined response.
15 pointsI would get the tool and nest designers looking at the same sequence first. What supports the panel as it leaves the stack, what supports it in transit, and what takes over at release? That may expose an incompatible assumption without running the arm at all. The bench seal can remain useful evidence of that limited condition while those other questions are answered.

If the nest only supports the corners while the tool proposal assumes broad support until the panel is fully seated, there is a handover to explain. I am not saying that is your geometry; I want both designers to show it rather than each drawing a finished state that looks fine alone.
