Why does our FR10 tool vanish just where the door starts?

Our aluminium-blank layout reaches the fixture with a line. No tool body. Door missing too. What am I approving?

A reach sketch, at most. Ask for the complete held assembly through pickup, withdrawal, release and return against the measured machine. The door and its projecting parts belong in that model.

Asked. Machine owner has the door survey. Tool supplier is still choosing the rear connection.

That connection needs a defined envelope before the complete-route check can settle selection. The integrator can compare proposed alternatives, but should name what is assumed for each.

Two alternatives returned. One rear fitting overlaps the door handle. Other route clears in the combined model.

Has the setter checked the second alternative with the fixture-changing task? Tool clearance can be satisfactory while ordinary access is not.

Setter rejects its stand position. No space to bring the fixture trolley alongside. Back to the layout.

Keep the trolley in the next drawing at its required working position. Moving it outside the picture would only postpone the same objection.
