We once sent a lovely view of a gripper and absolutely none of the thing it was waiting for. Ask what step they're trying to understand first. Can you see that step on your existing screen capture?
7 pointsScreen says waiting for destination. Our email calls the tray the destination, but that's where the spacer starts. I've confused this myself.
